We now have our very own mobile hog roaster, which is available for parties at the Castle Inn or for hire at your choice of venue.

This is a truly unique roaster which can be used with or without the trailer, allowing for easy transport, location and set-up in places which would otherwise be impossible to do so - e.g. through narrow doorways.

The unit, which runs on propane (supplied) and electricity (for the spit) is very simple to set up. A 45KG (100lb) hog will produce, with control, around 150 portions in a roll or 100 to 120 plated portions.
